1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of Legal Entity Identifier (“LEI”) registration, renewal, transfer, and associated services (“Services”) provided by Trusted LEI Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Latvia with registered office at Republikas laukums 3-12, LV-1010, Riga, Latvia (“Trusted LEI”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
We act as an authorised LEI Registration Agent within the Global LEI System (“GLEIS”), facilitating LEI-related transactions between our clients and our accredited Local Operating Unit (“LOU”) partner, Ubisecure Oy, operating as RapidLEI, a GLEIF-accredited LOU.
By ordering our Services, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms. These Terms are in addition to, and incorporate by reference, the RapidLEI Global LEI System Terms and Conditions, which govern all LEI issuance, renewal, and management activities.
The RapidLEI Terms are available at: https://rapidlei.com/documents/global-lei-system-terms/
TrustedLEI acts as a Registration Agent (RA) for Ubisecure Oy (RapidLEI), a GLEIF-accredited Local Operating Unit (LOU). All LEI issuance, renewal, and transfer operations are performed by RapidLEI in accordance with the Global LEI System Terms and Conditions. By applying for or renewing an LEI through TrustedLEI, you also agree to these RapidLEI terms.

Renewal requires reconfirmation or updating of the Entity’s reference data.
8. Transfers
8.1 Initiating Transfer
You may request to transfer your LEI from one LOU to another. We will facilitate such transfers by the GLEIF policy.
